About the price

“We only bid ten times a year.”

Then each bid costs more, and each wrong bid hurts more.

A proposal takes about three days. At €600 a day, that is €1,800 of work. If Argus stops one bid that you cannot win, it pays for five years.

“We are six people. That gets expensive.”

The price is for the organisation, not per user. For one person, Argus costs €29 a month. For three people, €9.67 each. For six, €4.83 each. Nobody asks for additional seats, the price stays the same.

“What if it does not work for us?”

Then you stop. The first two weeks are free. You add a card when you start, and billing starts on day 15. After that you pay each month, with no annual contract. You can stop at any time on your profile page, and your access ends at once. If you delete your account, all your data and uploads get deleted immediately.

Your work

“We already get tender alerts.”

Keep them. Argus does the next step. An alert tells you that a tender exists. It does not tell you if you can win it.

Your alert

New tender: application maintenance framework. FOD BOSA. Deadline 14 November.

The same tender, with Argus

FOD BOSA gave 23 contracts to 9 companies in five years. Usually 3 to 6 bidders. Median winning price €410k. 4 award criteria, all weighted. 31 companies on similar work, by name, with public references.

Example values.

Connect the two. Your assistant, n8n, Make or your CRM sends each alert to Argus, and the facts come back with it.

“We will use it once, then forget it.”

It does not wait for you to remember. Add the connector, include a single line 'to fetch tender details from Argus' in your flow or prompt, and Argus comes to you. Set a reminder to upload your award report if you need it, from your chat.

“We have no award reports at hand.”

You can start without them. From the first tender, you see the market: who wins this work, at which price, and against which competitors. Your reports add your own scores. Buyers usually send them by email, so check your mailbox. Upload them when you have them, and your next tender insights show them.

“Does it work with our IT?”

If your assistant allows custom connectors, yes. Claude needs a paid plan. ChatGPT needs developer mode. All MCP clients, n8n and Make also work. In some companies, the IT administrator blocks custom connectors. Ask them before you start the trial. After that, connecting takes two minutes.

“What is an award report, and how do I get one?”

Award reports are sent out by the buyer once the public tender contract is publicly awarded. You cannot get this if you didn't compete on the public tender, and you should be mailed with the report once it's awarded. If you haven't got it, send the buyer a request.

Trust

“AI makes things up.”

It does, but Argus does not write your text. It gives facts: company names, amounts, dates, criteria, feedback, references, history, scores and more. Each fact comes from public award notices or from your own award reports. There is no predicted score and no advice to bid. If your assistant draws a conclusion, it says that the conclusion is its own.

“Who sees our award reports?”

Your organisation, and nobody else. Your reports stay in your workspace. Other firms cannot see them, and they are not used in the facts that other firms get. Your reports never go through the chat: you upload them in the browser, and Argus reads the original file. You can delete them at any time, and they're gone.

About Argus

“Who is behind Argus?”

An independent company, made in Belgium. No group or consultancy owns Argus, and Argus never bids. The company that answers your questions is not your competitor.

“Does Argus only contain Belgian public tenders?”

Yes, our sources include Belgian e-Procurement and live websites. Countries like The Netherlands, Luxembourg and France are on the roadmap. Drop us a mail if you're interested.

“How is Argus different from tender alerts like Tenderwolf, Tendify or Belgiantenders?”

We don't suggest individual public tenders to you, we provide the context to decide and write. Tender alert platforms send you alerts on keywords or similar tenders you follow, so you can discover them. Argus gives you the data to make an informed bid / no-bid decision, and adapt your proposal. Use them side by side to maximise your winning chances.

€29 a month, for all users.

€29 per month (excl VAT), for your full organisation. The first 14 days are free. Another question? Mail [email protected].
