Argus

Bid where you can win. Then write a sharper bid.

Point Argus at a tender. Get the recon back.

We've read every public award in that space. Here's what you get:

  • FIRSTWho usually bids here, and who actually wins this kind of work.
  • THENWho already holds contracts with this buyer, and for how much.
  • ALSOWhat this authority weighs, from its published criteria - and how it scored, from the reports you've shared with us.
  • FINALLYHow contested the work is right now.

Enough to make the bid or no-bid call before you sink a week into it. A well-timed no is worth money too.

Scored feedback comes from the award reports you upload - public notices publish the criteria, never the scores.

Then learn from the proposals you've already written.

Upload your award reports - your gunningsverslagen. Argus links each one to the RFP it came from and reads across the whole set. Every line below, you could do by hand:

  • Figure out why you lost the last three times0 h
  • Spot where your own scores contradict each other0 h
  • Work out what competitors keep beating you on0 h
  • Check whether the field can meet the references asked for0 h
  • Determine whether your price was actually sharp0 h
  • Per tender you haven't even decided to bid on0 h

Nobody spends that time on a maybe, which is why the competitor that knows the buyer keeps winning uncontested. Argus does the lot in one call.

Upload one and you get the read back in the same breath: where you scored above and below the field, who beat you on what, and what moved since your last bid.

Your award reports are yours — read into your workspace, and no one else ever sees your name on them.

Put Argus on your next tender.

Early access is opening for digital, IT and marketing teams bidding on Belgian public work. Drop a tender you're weighing and we'll send you its recon while we onboard you. Once you're in, you run the recons yourself and start feeding Argus your own award reports.

Point your at Argus.

Argus connects over MCP. Your proposals stay in the assistant you already use. We hand it the two things it cannot pull on its own: the award history of this buyer and this field, and the scored feedback from your own past bids — delivered as structured context while you draft. You get the facts. The writing stays yours.

Built for Claude first, with a skill that is ready to go. The endpoint is open, so any MCP-capable assistant can connect.

What it does.

Argus gives you facts, and only facts: award histories, criterion scores, winning prices, the evaluator's own reasoning, and the patterns across your own past bids. Structured, sourced, and handed to your agent while you work.

What it doesn't.

It doesn't write your proposal — that stays with you and your agents. It doesn't predict a winner or score your odds. And it doesn't sell anyone an edge: everything drawn from the market is anonymised, built to make bidding a little fairer for everyone in it.
